Joe Biden got a new dog. He got himsel an Oscar. But not from our DE SPCA where my ma ape could have helped him pick out a winner! Bummer.
No word on if the pup cost more or less than a Senate seat in Illinois.
I would have traded Oscar for his Senate seat.
